INVESTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: FELIX HEALTH INC.

Investment Announcement: Felix Health Inc.

We are excited to announce our investment in Felix, a digital healthcare company on a mission to reimagine the Canadian healthcare experience.

In Canada the process of seeking care for non critical health issues such as birth control, erectile dysfunction and acne is friction filled and, in most cases, offers a poor patient experience. This may be due to feelings of embarrassment, a lack of access to primary care providers and/or just the general inconvenience of walk-in clinics and pharmacy pickups. At BrandProject, we believe that in a world where online sales represent a significant and growing portion of total sales, the market for online healthcare is poised to see a similar shift. This shift will alleviate the inconvenient and sometimes embarrassing nature of obtaining certain personal healthcare medications.

Enter Felix: a Canadian healthcare company launched in Summer 2019 by Kyle Zien and Emma Stern. The business is modernizing the Canadian healthcare industry with a technology and UX design focused approach to online care. Described as Canada’s first “end to end” digital healthcare platform, Felix removes the need for in person doctor visits and pharmacy pickups, ultimately giving the patient more control and visibility into their own personal health decisions.

Canadian consumers can now take a medical assessment from the comfort of their home or smart phone and have their prescription delivered directly to their door, for free. The Felix offering also comes in discreet packaging and can be replenished on a monthly or quarterly subscription and includes ongoing medical support from a licensed Doctor in your province.

By interacting with doctors digitally, customers can feel comfortable asking all the questions they may shy away from in an in-person consultation, while doctors are empowered to provide world-class care 24/7. We couldn’t be more enthusiastic about partnering with Kyle and Emma, alongside an impressive roster of investors they’ve brought onboard, to support them in reimagining the Canadian healthcare experience.
