Andrew and his team actively work with our talented founding teams to scale their businesses. With the consumer at the core of everything we do at BrandProject, Andrew focuses on helping our BrandProjects build brilliant end-to end customer experiences. Andrew also helps our BrandProjects operationally scale.
Andrew’s drive for creativity, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking fuels his love for brand building. With over 25 years of global strategy, marketing and brand innovation experience, he has built businesses from scratch, repositioned businesses for growth and scaled businesses to take them to the next level.
He started his career working in a range of marketing, strategy and business development roles at Cadbury Schweppes and at Diageo, and then joined Virgin Mobile to build the Virgin brand in Canada. He also had the chance to live out some of his secret rock star fantasies by leading the team that put on 10 Virgin Festivals across Canada.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree at Queen’s University and his MBA at Southern Methodist University. He is also a Trustee of Virgin Unite– the independent charitable arm of the Virgin Group.
When not in the office, you can find Andrew walking his trusted Whoodle Charlie, exploring vineyards in Niagara or rummaging through boxes at local tag sales.
