Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Operations @ Daily Harvest 

We are searching for someone to join our founding team and take on the strategy and execution of growing our business through various operational stages. This team member will work hand in had with marketing to achieve aggressive growth targets and scale the business. Ideally, this person has a mix of skills including, but is not limited to supply chain, negotiations, modeling, reporting and controls, real estate, contracts, etc. Ideal candidates have been involved in the early stages of brand expansion, have some food experience, and also like fun and people. The fun and people part is non-negotiable.


  • Strategically grow the operations side of the business with a sharp eye on preparedness for future scale and the “next step”
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvement/loss prevention
  • Lead negotiations with business partners, real estate partners and vendors
  • Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an unbelievable product every day
  • Decision making, strategic development and collaborating to define, shape and analyze the direction of our rapidly growing company
  • Inform business decisions by analyzing trends and metrics, modeling financial scenarios, and delivering actionable insights on all aspects of the business


  • At least 4 years of experience demonstrating a track record of excellence
  • “Doer” attitude, capable and willing to play a key role in the day to day aspects of the business, as well as “roll your sleeves up” to get things done
  • Understand and defend our “culture of yes” where we strive to create amazing customer experiences, while bringing a sense of order and professionalism to our operations.
  • Strong management experience building, leading, and managing high performing teams
  • Are at your best working in a fast-paced, team environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong background in negotiating complex deals
