Chefs Plate

Chefs Plate delivers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and chef-inspired recipes directly to customer’s doors so they can create gourmet, healthy and delicious meals at home. Meals can be prepared in 30 minutes or less without the stress of meal planning and grocery shopping.

Following early careers in restaurant marketing, operations, and consulting, two former university roommates saw an opportunity to create a food delivery business for Canadians based on a model seeing great success in the US.

BrandProject led Chefs Plate’s seed round in 2014. Chefs Plate was acquired by HelloFresh in 2018.
