Hermetic AI is building an AI-powered operating system for event spaces, focused on automating and optimizing the full lifecycle of private event booking and management. Hermetic’s AI agent for hospitality replaces manual, fragmented workflows such as inbound inquiry handling, lead qualification, follow-up, and coordination with a unified AI driven system. Hermetic is working with some of the top hospitality groups in the US and has already driven a 54% increase in events revenue on average for its customers. 

The company was founded by Jesse Stein, a 3x exited tech founder, after a frustrating experience trying to book a private event. Between the long and unpredictable wait times for responses and the endless back and forth, Jesse thought there had to be a better way.
