Felix is Canada’s first truly end-to-end digital healthcare platform, removing the need for in-person doctor visits and pharmacy pickups and giving patients more control and visibility over their own health decisions.

The company was co-founded by Kyle Zien and Emma Stern, who launched Felix in 2019 with a shared belief that Canada’s healthcare system was excellent in principle but broken in access, and that technology could finally close the gap.

Canadians can take a medical assessment from their home or smartphone, connect with a licensed doctor in their province, and have their prescriptions delivered free of charge and within 24 hours. The platform covers care categories including GLP-1’s, ED, and 15 other fast-growing categories. Felix has facilitated millions consultations to date.
