Awake Chocolate is a consumer-packaged goods brand that sells caffeinated chocolate products across Canada and the US, in thousands of retail doors, on college campuses, and in workplaces. Each piece contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

The company was co-founded by Adam Deremo, Matt Schnarr, and Dan Tzotzis, who left careers at PepsiCo and Kraft when they spotted that functionality had transformed nearly every food category except one, and decided to fix it.
