AIOS (previously Fella) is a telehealth platform built for consumers with obesity, combining FDA-approved GLP-1 medications with behavioral coaching and ongoing clinical support, all accessible from home.
The company was co-founded by Richie Cartwright and Luke Harries, both Cambridge graduates who built Fella after recognizing that men were being underserved by a weight loss industry that rarely spoke to them. The weight loss industry has long been built around women, and men seeking help have consistently encountered both practical barriers and social stigma. Aios was designed to change that.
AIOS is building ClinicOS, an AI-powered clinical operating system that makes it effortless for consumer brands to offer direct-to-patient healthcare globally. The company uses the same infrastructure to scale its own brands, the two biggest being Fella Health in the US and UK, and Bolt Pharmacy in the UK.
BrandProject led Fella’s (AIOS) seed round in 2021.
